PTA EVENT Super Summer!!! Wednesday July 10th (3:30-5:00) FREE entry

Summer stalls and games, raffle, tombola, treats, snacks, pick-and-mix! Featuring a flag treasure hunt! Inflatable slide, balloon modeller and so much more. Best of all, the ever-popular Soak-the-Teacher game will be back!

Please bring your change to play games and pay for activities.

Children, Parents and Carers, we are very excited to invite you to…

The event will take place on Wednesday 10th of July, from 3:30 until 5:00pm.

Raffle tickets will be on sale from Monday 1st July at the front of the school and we have some fantastic prizes this year! There will be a range of amazing activities on the day, many of your favourites (Bouncy Castle, Raffle, Balloon Modeller, Soak the Teacher, Face-painting, Tattoos,…the list is endless) and some new activities certain to be winners!

As we have done with the last few events we are asking the children to donate a prize for the tombola on Friday 5th June, the children can come to school wearing traditional dress from their home country or colours from their country’s flag. They should bring to school an appropriate prize for the tombola (any new item) and give this to their child’s teacher.

Last year we had some fantastic cake donations and therefore we are also asking for donations for the cake sale which can be given to your child’s class teacher on the day of the fair. If you are willing to contribute cakes please ensure that these come labelled with allergy & ingredients information.

As you can probably imagine, organising events like this takes a lot of hard work and time and is only made possible by the contribution of parent and teacher volunteers. If you feel you could offer help on the day with running a stall or helping us to set up the playground and the hall from 1:00pm or afterwards at 5:00pm please send an email to Natasha.Patel@britannia-village.newham.sch.uk or return the below slip to the front office. Any extra helping hands would be very much appreciated!
